Return & Exchange Policy
REALPACK company always strives to ensure the highest product quality and satisfaction of our customers' needs. We understand that sometimes situations may arise when you may need to return or exchange purchased products.
Product Return Conditions:
- Return is possible within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused
- Availability of documents confirming the purchase (invoice)
- The product must not have signs of damage or contamination
How to process a return:
- Contact our customer service department by phone or email
Special Cases:
In case of a manufacturing defect:
- Notify us within 3 days after receipt
- Send photos of the damage, a description of the problem, and a photo of the batch number on the packaging
- And we will solve this problem

Products made by individual order (with a logo or specific sizes) are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
